Return & Exchange Policy

At Tricksandlicks.com, operated by Chinar Foods India Regd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer exchanges on unopened products.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

• Please contact us at info@tricksandlicks.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• We will process the exchange once the returned product has been received and inspected.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Email us at info@tricksandlicks.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

2. We will send you return instructions and a return authorization number.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out your exchange item.
